3A21 Aluminum Pipe
3A21 Aluminum Alloy is a non-heat-treatable, commercially pure aluminum with an aluminum content of approximately 99.0%, commonly used in general industrial applications. Although its mechanical strength is relatively low, it offers several key advantages: excellent ductility, good formability, strong corrosion resistance, 和 reliable weldability, making it suitable for a wide range of fabrication processes.
Like other alloys in the 3000 series, 3A21 cannot be strengthened through heat treatment, but its strength and hardness can be moderately increased through cold working techniques such as rolling or drawing. After undergoing anodizing, its surface gains additional corrosion resistance along with an aesthetically pleasing finish, which is especially valuable in decorative or exposed applications.
