1070 Aluminum Pipe
1070 Aluminum Alloy belongs to the 1000 series of commercially pure aluminum, known for its low density, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, 和 superior workability. Like other high-purity aluminum grades, it cannot be strengthened through heat treatment, but its mechanical properties can be enhanced through cold working. The only applicable heat treatment method is annealing, which helps improve its ductility.
Due to its low strength 和 limited machinability, 1070 aluminum is not suitable for high-load applications, but it is highly effective in sheet forming. It is commonly manufactured into sheets, strips, foils, 和 extruded profiles. This alloy is ideal for use in capacitor foils, aluminum gaskets, and other electrical or packaging components where conductivity and corrosion resistance are essential.
